Providers apply at /usta-ol. Applications are not auto-approved; our team reviews identity, contact and work history step by step. Only profiles that pass review are published, with their verification level shown openly.

How a customer request works

The customer fills in a free request form (/hizmet-al). Our team reviews it manually during working hours, contacts the customer for missing details if needed, and forwards it to providers matched by area and expertise. Customers can track their request at /talep-takip.

How reviews are moderated

Reviews are collected only from completed jobs and are approved by our team before publication (/yorum-politikasi). Fake or purchased reviews are never published; ratings are computed only from approved reviews.

What is not promised

  • We do not promise instant or guaranteed service; we depend on providers' current availability.
  • We are not an emergency line. For danger to life, fire or medical emergencies, call the official emergency services first.
  • We do not claim every provider has completed full verification; each profile shows its verification level openly.
  • We do not provide a workmanship guarantee, insurance or payment protection; the work and payment agreement is between you and the provider.
  • We do not set prices and are not a party to the work; you agree the fee directly with the provider.
  • We do not use fake reviews, fake ratings or invented addresses.
